Does my nationality play a role in deciding whether to purchase a Conservation pack?

Our packs are available to everyone, regardless of nationality or age, with no barriers or restrictions.

Can I buy the Conservation Pack for someone else?

Absolutely, the only thing we need is their name.

Where are the plots?

The plots for our conservation packs purchased are located on our estate situated between Chinchilla & Tara in South East Queensland. All locations are beautiful and secluded forest & bushland.

Can I build or camp on my plot?

Each Conservation Pack plays a critical role in safeguarding and conserving our woodland and forest regions. The objective is to maintain these areas in their unspoiled condition, and we kindly request all potential participants to consider this.


What are Land Licence Agreements?

The plots of land themselves are recognised and referred to as Land Licence Agreements. These Licences are a binding agreement based on the terms set out in the Terms & Conditions page. We maintain our own private records and take our Privacy Policy seriously.

Are there any ongoing costs?

No, there are no ongoing costs associated to your parcel of land. It is a single payment system to obtain your land licence agreement for your defined size parcel of choice.

What's the difference between the Eco-Friendly Digital Pack & the Physical Boxed Gift Pack?

You have the choice between 2 order types:

    1. The Eco-Friendly Digital Gift Pack is sent to your email inbox with your Personalised Certificate of Land Licence, a Welcome Letter and the Members' Handbook. You can download it, share it online. You can also print and frame it yourself to show it off to your friends and family!

    2. The Printed, Framed & Boxed Gift Pack comes in a personalised box with your Certificate of Land Licence printed and framed in high quality materials along with the Welcome Letter, Members' Handbook and cute Koala plush toy holding a eucalyptus leaf.

Is it possible for me to select my own plot number?

Parcels are allocated using a random sequence generator; regrettably, we cannot assure or assign a specific parcel number.

Can I pick my own date to be on the Certificate?

While our current method is to insert the date of purchase on the Certificate, you can email us a preferred date before/during the purchase process and we will make sure to include it on there before we send it out. We will soon add an optional date selection during checkout.

With the Couples Conservation Pack, do you receive 2 Certificates?

When you order a Couples Conservation Pack, you will receive 1 Certificate with both names on it, 2 plot numbers and the date of purchase (or a date of your choice if requested prior to purchase).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Do you offer installment payment options?

No, we don't offer instalment payment options for your purchases. 

Can I get a refund on my order if I don't like it?

The purpose of these packs is to offer an enjoyable, unique item for individuals seeking a distinctive purchase, either for themselves, their acquaintances, or family members. Accordingly, we provide a straightforward 30-day refund policy with no fuss, ensuring complete peace of mind with your purchase. 4. Shipping Questions

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location. We strive to have all orders fulfilled and delivered worldwide within 10 - 20 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Worldwide shipping is free! When you select a gift pack to be delivered, shipping is included in the price.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free international shipping on all our orders for the Printed, Framed & Boxed Conservation Packs. Make sure to include all requested information to avoid any delays in delivery.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your gift box has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number via email or text message that you can use to track your shipment. All shipments are express. Limitations with our freight service provider don't allow us to ship to PO Boxes.
